She/Her

Owner & Therapist

Welcome! I’m a therapist practicing in Charlotte, NC and I work with adults and couples. I specialize in anxiety, relationship concerns, self-worth concerns, and boundary setting. I am also passionate about creating safe spaces for People of Color and LGBTQIA+ individuals.

I would describe my therapy practice as warm and inclusive. It is important to me that my clients feel they have a space to be and belong as their most authentic selves. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, allowing you to access the tools you already have inside you to move forward. I also practice from a weight-inclusive and Health at Every Size (HAES) lens.

I pull from many different therapy modalities to create a treatment style that is unique to you and your specific needs. Some of the modalities I use in individual therapy include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness. In couples work I often utilize Imago Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples improve their connection and understanding of one another.

You deserve to feel understood, supported, and challenged. Together we can identify what might be getting in the way of you living a more fulfilling life. I understand that choosing a therapist isn’t always easy, so I offer free 15 minute phone consultations. Please email me or submit a contact form to get started! I look forward to hearing from you!
